I had a difficult time finding the 'latest' information on this so contacted support. This may help someone else so am posting their reply here:
FROM OPENTEXT SUPPORT (8/30/2011) IE 9 is supported for version 10.1 SP2 (lastest CMS version) with compatibility mode only. Firefox 6 which is recently released is NOT supported yet. They will be in our future upcoming versions. Firefox 3 or 4 is supported in version CMS 10.1.
