Hi! Check your sessiontimeout and check the settings of your (iis) application pool.
Had this problem some years ago. searched for the source of the problem a long time. In our case the problem the application pool was configured to recycle automatical. (as far as i remember we had set a number of request´s after which the application pool get´s recycled.) --> Our own problem, not a reddot/opentext-problem. Since we fixed the application pool - settings this problem did not occured any more.
