Hi Jian, Thanks for your reply - sorry I didn't get back to you, in the end we uninstalled and re-installed, added the hotfix etc from Opentext and the problem seems to have gone. We now have some pre-execute errors cropping up that we didn't have before the hotfix, however I don't know the details as someone else is working on this.
