The Smart Tree interface (admin side of RedDot) is only IE. v10 of RedDot is
compatible with IE 7 and 8.

Officially the Smart Edit interface should work with any browser but from my
own experience except for IE nothin is 100% compatible or supported.

It is best to work with IE but you should be able to do most things in Smart
Edit via Firefox or something else. (From personal experience - safari does not
play well with RedDot generally).
