Hi Bessie, this page info bar....is it a scripted/customized info bar? If yes: Is it possible, that some JS errors occoured or that some other things like PreExecute or so is the reason for this behaviour?
Which version of the MS do you use? Do know if it's possible to share a sreenshot within Google Groups, but if you ask the question on www.SolutionExchange.info (our community platform) then there will be the option to post a screenshot and there are lots of other guys, who can help.
