Hi Nick, Welcome to reddot and to the group.
You may have noticed that reddot simply output whatever it is in the template code, unless the code is within preexecution blockmarks or there is a <!--RDExecute somewhere. The code you have provided is simply a .NET user control declaration. Now, I am not sure it reddot will simply publish that out to a web server with .NET or the user control is being executed prior to publish (within preexecution blockmark?). Let us know if you have any questions. -Jian On Dec 22, 4:12 am, nick Irvine <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi, > > I'm new to red dot but am starting to get my head around it. > > There is some code in some of our content classes: > > <uc5:Search ID="Search1" runat="server" /> > > There are others with different Uc numbers.
