Hi Richard,

we've had a webinar series this week and the week before with topics
like: Features&Functions, Install, Architecture&Services, Social
Communities and DS Search. All webinars have been recorded and will be
shortly available in KC. Regarding your question: a) Make sure, that
you have installed MS 10.1 SP2 prior to the upgrade. This is the only
version that enables an update. b) Make sure, that you have all things
(database admin account, license keys for main server and cluster
servers) available which are needed during a first time
installation.... the upgrade process to V11 really behaves like a
first time installation. (But just this time....in next versions, the
upgrade process will be as usual). c) Please check the hard- and
software requirements!!! before installation. d) If you update a
cluster, have a look at the installation documentation.

The install- or upgrade process is very easy and -as far as I can say-
even faster than the old installation that used to use the install
shield based install process...but there are some things to check
prior the installation.

If you would like to update right know or at least before the webinar
series is available on KC, then just drop me a line
(manuel.schnitger[the_funny_character_that_combines_the_name_with_the_domain]opentext.com)
and I'll forward you the slidedeck that I used for the webinar.

Best regards,
Manuel
