I hear what you're saying Markus. I actually find this feature quite useful
in preventing orphan pages from ever being published on the web site.
Orphan pages being content classes that should never be instantiated
outside of a structural framework. I guess the nicest solution would be to
have two options: "Do Not Publish Alone" and "Do Not Publish EVA!" :)
