Hi Jian Thank you for getting back to me. It happened when a user was trying to upload a PDF document to a Media element.
I thought maybe there was something wrong with the document itself, but when the user sent it to me I was able to upload it fine. I am wondering if it was the browser she was on or maybe something to do with permission settings? Any insight you or anyone else can provide would be greatly appreciated.
