Yeah we have another working version on another server. Also tried
installing 11.0 vanilla and 11 SP1 - same exact issue.
Its a really strange one.
We are not too worried as this is just a staging server. I think the plan
is to have the live one built at some stage and that is where we will have
to have it perfect. When we get that done, I would like to do the staging
one again.
Ideally I would like to be able to recreate the problem in a controlled
environment so that I can get the original cause nailed down but if it all
works on the new installations, I will be happy with that.
