Markus, is the user in any group? We had some issues with users being in groups with assigned SmartEdit start pages. Those users could not login to a project. First, we had to remove the group, let the user login and then set the group assignment again. Another try would be to check if the same error occurs for a newly created user. Best, Hilmar
