Jian,

We are running 10.1.2.321, which I believe is spk2 
(management_server_10_1_sp2_hf6_build_10_1_2_321). The publishing report 
has plenty of Media and Pages published but some released pages are not in 
the report. The FTP log also do not show the released pages being 
transferred. Does this sound like the bug you mentioned?
