Thanks for the comments... I wish that it is just a simple setting, but from the sounds of it, I either need to "enter" the DB or write up a rql code to solve the issue... Jian, I will contact Opentext and see if they have a solution, otherwise, would you know what part of the DB that I need to modifidy?
