I think you mean for him to uncheck that option. The *ClosePage RedDot saves pages as draft* option in the general project settings determines whether a page in SmartEdit is automatically saved in draft format when it is closed, or whether it passes directly into the workflow without being saved in draft format. If no workflow has been set up, the page is automatically released immediately after being closed. Regardless, what you pointed out is directly what i am looking for. We have a client with no workflow set up and changes going right to released. They have this unchecked. Rob
