That tool should be packaged with the product (or is it?). Can we get that
from SolEx?

Subject: Re: Audit Trails

Such implementation does exist. Why else would support ask for logs?

Hi, i have this problem often, best way for me was to backup all cms logs and
search after rql action that changes rights and disconnect or delete things.
Best way to find to searching rql is to do the action on testsystem without any
other users. And check the rdcms.log for rql query. Often the tag name and
attribute save gives an info about a update of data. I never seen an
implemetation to this analyse the user actions.
Hope this helps.

Over the last week or two we've had some things happen in the CMS that are
slightly disturbing. A major workflow package was deleted, resulting in pages
going straight through to release. Additionally, an administrative user found
her permissions set back to "Ed" level. While we've fixed these problems, I'd
like to be able to investigate when and how these events occurred so that we
can take action to prevent them in the future. Does RedDot offer any audit
trails for these sorts of actions? I've seen the log files in server manager
but they're not exactly easy to read and search, or even to know which ones to
look at.

As a more general question, what sorts of audit trails does RedDot keep and
what doesn't it keep?
