Does the code work in RDExecute=asp, without the pre-execute tags? If so
try wrapping the whole region in just 1 pre-execute. If you still have only
one row set flags to 256 or 1280 (for navigation Manager just add 256 to
current value) and view the pre-executed file direct through IIS
/preexecute/{longgeneratedfilename}.asp and look at errors. View the source
to see where it broke. Add Response.writes as needed. It seems like the
response.redirect would be problematic.
