Hi Bart,

Can you check if "Clear page cache before publication" is enabled under 
Administer Publication -> Project, action menu, Edit General Settings?  If 
it is enabled, then it suggests something in the project is implemented 
incorrectly which causes caching issues and it needs to be turned on.  The 
option being enabled actually causes more harm then good.

Can I also assume you upgraded from 7.5 to 10.1?  Preexecution is used in 
the project?  Some of the links are doing things like replacing islink=2 to 
islink=10?  Please check out this blog post I wrote about it.
