Thanks for catching that point.  It is HTTPS and this is my only client 
running in that protcol all the time, an exception.
 
I applied it and got the same results.
 
I downloaded the files into the root directory of the Retractive References 
2 plugin, two were overwrites with "rqlactionwebservice.asp" being new.  I 
don't know if that was expected.  I downloaded them from the RAW listing by 
doing a Save Page As.
 
I removed the projects from assignment, deactivated the plugin, and deleted 
the plugin thru the RedDot interface.  Then imported it in, activated, and 
added the project assignments.  Then logged off and on.
 
Is there something I am missing?
