IE 10 is supported. IE 11 is just released in the last month. Officially support doesn't typically come until the next release or service pack.
IE 11 works differently from IE 10 in a key way. The user-agent cannot be recognized as MSIE and so with older Management Server it may run like Firefox. Management Server 11.2 will support IE11. In some cases these fixes are back-ported down the line. I'd suggest getting 11.1 HF4 with the recent security fix and then you are ready to get 11.2 or the hotfix if it comes.
