Hi Rob, I am on the same boat with a clean install of MS 11.2, but my phantom user is 0F8E7216746248C99C166C9109981910. I get the same error logged each time I log in using built in admin account.
I went to server manager, go to USERS, action menu, list all users, view source, search for 0F8E7216746248C99C166C9109981910. Nothing. Will do more checking tomorrow before contacting support.
