And not a moment too soon.  

 

Mainstream support for SQL 2008R2 *ends* in July of this year. Service Packs 
stopped 2 years ago.  That means there will be no more general release fixes or 
SPs – only hotfixes for issues raised by particular clients.

I am in the process of performing this migration right now.

I have built a Server 2008R2 running SQL 2005, per the instructions of OpenText 
support.

I have not moved any tables yet, but I have a good gameplan moving forward.

 

Do you have any information that you can provide about this process?
