Running v.10.1.1
*Issue 1:* Scheduled publication is not running. I have it set to run
every hour but for some reason it is failling to publish forcing me to do
it manually. Not getting an error on publication job log. If you look
under the Administer Publication and Scheduled Processes, I see a column on
the right of the table with grayed out stars. There are a couple of solid
stars that I believe represent my manual publications.
*Issue 2*: This one is more troublesome: I have a text element template:

This template is used thoughout my site. In two instances, the images from
the asset folder have dissapeared from production and SmartEdit mode. On
the publish page, it looks like the image is broken. On the SmartEdit
mode, it looks like the link is broken but on the text editor the image
shows just fine.
