Hi Joe, Without using BatchPublisher, perform a manual publish of the page and see if the same result. It will likely produce the same result, but I want to exclude the possibility of a third party software issue, as BatchPublisher is a third party software.
You mentioned this is a share content class from another project. This makes more sense too. In the origin project, they have a PRINT and PDF variant. In your current project, does it have a PRINT and PDF variant? If yes, are templates assigned to the PRINT and PDF variant?
