Hi all, wondering if anyone here has jumped to Sitecore or Drupal or Adobe CMS? I have 10+ years as RedDot Developer/Admin and LOVE working in RD -- but now find myself on job market finding ZERO jobs in RD these days. Looking at selling myself as Sitecore or Drupal developer, leveraging my CMS dev skills. Have u or anyone u know done this and if so, how hard was the transition??? Is one easier to jump into than the other and did you require any training? Thanks for all and any advice. - Kelly
