Afterwards PreExecute did not work in all Projects. In Preview and SmartEdit we got the error PreExecute not working after Update: Error in BuildPage_PreExecute: System. Net.WebException: The remote name could not be resolved: The Installation had somehow changed our "Host URL (PreExecute and RDExecute)" that you can see in Server manager.
