When you do a Page Export from the user interface you can use DEBUG level logging on AsyncRQL to see the RQL command that is used.
I tried it and I see that it is 'PAGE action="export"' however, this action is not documented. Keep in mind that any RQLs that are not documented are not supported by OpenText Customer Support.
