I suppose it's supposed to one of those value added thingies you get
for supporting RH and buying the official version, like the
installation guide, etc.
While I do buy the official version, I see this as a newbie feature
like the second manual that came with 6.0. With the watch-list and a
good mirror, this really is not that big a deal, IMO. .02
