They won't do it. For many reasons, including the fact that it would
no longer actually be redhat 6.1 - but a new version.
It's not too difficult to build yourself another one using your
original disk and then downloading the updates.
In fact, I reburn updated rh install disks on a regular basis, and
end up giving the older ones away - good promotion for linux and
redhat... giving away good free software totally legitimitely :-)
Because I do a lot of network installs, it's even easier to maintain
an up-to-date image on a network server.
Other companies are making a nice living by selling cheap copies of
redhat distributions that include all the available updates in it.
