Due to a bug in the tool who builts the /etc/conf.modules, "modprobe
ppa' does not work in RH 6.1. You must insert this line in it
alias parport_lowlevel parport_pc
Then it will work and in addition you can let the kernel itself handle
the loading of modules through kerneld.
