I don't recognize the line format (ipfwadm user myself, is this ipchains?)
but 224.0.1.1 is a multicast destination address, since 208.170.94.86
shows up as part of tds.net's block I'll assume it's yours. Thus 224.0.1.1
is showing up as source, which is a good reason to reject/deny it....
