hi, first of all the files: /etc/iproute2/rt_dsfield /etc/iproute2/rt_protos /etc/iproute2/rt_realms /etc/iproute2/rt_scopes /etc/iproute2/rt_tables missing from iproute and in this case ip don't know the names of the tables (and other constants protocols...). why contain the old egcs ??? and not the new gcc 2.95.x ? if it's so buggy than you can do what you do in previous version, put a different version of egcs and a gcc to the same system. gcc 2.95 is much better in c++. the libstdc++. there is a MUCH newer libstdc++ which is almost standard compatible stdc++. the latest version from stdc++ homepage even if it's snapshot, but at least working. the current stdc++ shipped with rh don't contain basic features like limits, valarray... this is a so long standing problem. on windows with MS's dev studio since the v5.0 (2 years) there has a much better standard c++ library than on the current linux (not mention borland and the others) ??? I think it's a shame, when there is a real good library from stdc++, there's another form sgi or stlport. I understand that both redhat and gnome are vote for c, so c++ is not a real need, but there are other people. -- lfarkas "The only thing worse than not knowing the truth is ruining the bliss of ignorance." -- To unsubscribe: mail -s unsubscribe [EMAIL PROTECTED] < /dev/null
