Have a look at the Redhat-CD-HOWTO. I don't have a link for it but its
not hard to find. Should be on the LDP site.

But its not hard to do what you need. Simply replace the RPM's with the
ones you want or delete the ones you don't want. Rerun genhdlist against
your new redhat distribution, maybe edit the comps file and then burn it
to CD. Its actually pretty simple.
