Sorry this might not be incredibly helpful, but... read the
portsentry docs.. all of them.. Portsentry isn't a program that
should be just installed and turned on.. It is a security tool
that you really need to read everything so that odd things that
happen are known about in advance.
I see a lot of messages out there about portsentry problems that
look to me like someone just installed it and turned it on
without reading the docs.
I'm not sure if the docs _cover_ the above, but it would be a
good first place to look. If I were to try and help you, I would
have to read the docs (which I have, but haven't memorized)..
If the docs don't help you, you might also get better help on the
portsentry mailing list, or on a security related list..
