1st method: man ulimit
2nd method: view/edit /etc/security/limits.conf. Then add a line
like:
session required /lib/security/pam_limits.so
in /etc/pam.d/system-auth if not any. Also read the
documentation from the pam package for this module (pam_limits,
/usr/share/doc/pam-0.75/html/index.html).
