If Bill Gates wants to match Linus Torvald's contribution to the
community, what he has to do is provide /usr/src/win9x so that users
are empowered to set up their machines however they may wish, up to
and including replacing those portions of Win9x that have caused the
most aggravation. Democracy in China may happen first.
