As far as I know, you really don't need an emulator as such (I guess you
are running RUMBA/400 or something on Windows, as we are) but
theoretically (note we haven't tried it; the MIS people probably will
look askance at any attempt to do so) but at any rate, you should just
be able to get connected with x3270, which is provided in the Redhat 
distribution.
