We use smbprint ... ours is in /usr/local/sbin, but yours may be somewhere
else, but I think it comes with the Samba distribution.
Printcap example follows:

All you do is create a file in /var/spool/lpd/queuename called .smb.config
with the following in it:

Leave password blank if there is no password ...
