You need to upgrade your rpm package for one...you can get that at the
redhat ftp in updates....looks like the other packages need updating as
well. Check the web site for errata and look at the ftp site for updates
on ldconfig and grep. --nodeps is not very reliable. Usually when you
get failed dependency errors, you get them for a reason.
