Sorry, that's not right. (SmileyifIdidsmileyswhichIdon't).
Can't have different owners/groups/permissions--that's all kept in the inode.
And there's only one of those--the link count in the inode is incremented for
each hard link.
(This will probably be answered again, but I couldn't resist the symmetry
of being able to reuse and return the buzzer.)
