If you got RH5 on CD, then the supp disk is in the images directory. From dos do:
"cd dosutils"
"rawrite.exe d:\images\supp.img" /* if d is your cdrom drive*/
(it'll prompt for target drive...)
"a:" /*send it to the floppy*/

>;>):
use dd, the supp.img is still in the images directory.

Yeah, I know this is straight out the manual, but hey some people just don't like em.

Hell, I'll trade ideas: how do I get my cdrom recognized? it's detected during
install, but I can't mount it when up and running.
(Much blushing and gnashing of teeth, YES, I just recently left the Microsoft fold.)
You can hack the registry all you want, Windows still won't satisfy...
(and I'm not trying to start anything like Friday)

Ok, One of my linux boxes crashed last night. I have two what are running
with the same os Redhat 5.0 and the same hardware. I need to be able to go
into "rescue" mode, but it asks for the supplemental disk? What does it
need? I have the "linux boot" disk, what other one do I need and How can I
go about making it from the other linux box???
ANy ideas will be GREATLY appreciated!!!

 Thanks in advance!
