Here is my .mime.types file you could just cp it to you home dir
or in netscape: edit preferences Navigator Applications new, then put into
Despription: Redhat Packetmanager file ( or however you want to call it)
under MIMEType: application/rpm
under Suffixes: rpm
This works for me
