Hi there,
I had a perfectly working RH5.0 system with kde beta4. Due to a horrible
mistake (don't rub it in please), I had to reinstall RH5.0 from scratch.
After the reinstall I installed the latest 'qt', and kde beta 4 (libc5
version). But when I try to run 'kwm', it spits out:
kwm: can't resolve symbol '__fxstat'

At first I thought there was a problem with qt and/or kde. I have
downloaded qt and kde a couple of times, and un-installed/installed them a
few times with the same result. Today I downloaded pppload (a 'qt'-based
ppp load meter), but when I try to run it I get basically the same error:
pppload: can't resolve symbol '__fxstat'

It seems that I don't have correct libc libraries. But before the
disaster I had more or less the same setup (RH5 and almost the same
packages installed) and kde installed and worked flawlessly. Any ideas?

cheers,
Hossein
