Hi All,
When I originally installed RH version 5.0 I couldn't get my
soundblaster to play CD's. I ran sndconfig and after selecting an IRQ
and DMA it worked. Last week I went to load some code from a CD and I
couldn't mount the cdrom. I couldn't mount it from the command line
either using mount -t iso6990 /mnt/cdrom. I have run dmesg and found
my cdrom listed as hdf and I have the correct link in /dev so that
cdrom points to /dev/hdf. Has anyone any suggestions please?
