If you are using sendmail default install I can tell you. Stop mail Go to /usr/spool/mqueue and in their there should be three files rm these files. and restart mail. Becareful though. You may get irate users in you delete the wrong mail. Do a ls -l to see size of files. If you have not got this directory and you use sendmail check out your sendmail.cf file in /etc and do a search for "QueueDirectory" Varible.
