Yes.  Something where I don't have to paste my HTML code into a form on
someone's web page.  I can't use the verify URL stuff either.  My
development machine is isolated from the Internet for obvious reasons.

I'm not really looking for an editor/validator either.  Most of the things
I need to validate are CGI (etc.) generated.

Something along the lines of lclint, but something that can check .HTML
files as well as CGI output files.
