Hello all.........
I'm running RH 5.1 with the 2.0.34 kernel. In /boot, there is
a file called module-info-2.0.34-0.6. Can someone tell me how this
file is created? If I want to install another version kernel, or a
second kernel (different version), what do I do with this file?
Won't the new kernel will be looking for a file called 'module-info'?
I see there is a link from 'module-info' to 'module-info-2.0.34-0.6'.
Do I use a script to remove that link, then re-link to a different
module-info file for a different version kernel?
Thanks for your time.
                                ed.
