Hello --- I have reconfigured my system with a new PII board and CPU. In addition I added a Golen sound card and a Jaz Scsi adaptor card , both of which are plug and play ... At boot up the jaz adaptor is recognized and is located at port DE00, IRQ 10, and ID 7. I placed these parameters in my lilo configuration file using.. append aha152x=0xDE00,10,7 replacing the old values that I had for the Zip drive. At boot I get a bunch of timeout errors specifically I get the following attached dmesg. Please help if you can..... This is the last thing I need to get working before I completely remove Windows from my systems..... And I really want to get rid of windows. Of course I did compile the kernal for scsi support. If someone has the time to help me out I, maybe we could continue the thread off the list. Thanks .....
