Occasionally an attached printer (HP Deskjet 682C) will `jam' and after
being cleared, it will print pape after page of nonsense. (each page
will contain exactly one line of cute little hearts, diamonds, smiley
faces, squigglies, etc.) Nothing will stop it, including disconnecting
the power. It just starts back up where it left off.

This usually happens when I try to print a page from Netscape. It
handles text fine, and it has printed Netscape pages in the past. I
have no problems with several network printers.

So how do kill these print jobs? I couldn't find anything in the lpr
man page. Nothing in the Control Panel. Please advise. I'm running
out of paper!

(Still running RH4.1, btw. Upgrading soon. Thanks in advance.)
