Yes!  I got a great link yesterday to this place:

All kinds of good info on the wheel mice.  I did get the wheel to work, not 
just as a button, but also as a wheel. =)  (I was a bit disappointed by it, 
but maybe I didn't play enough with the ZAxisMapping setting....).

Anyways, I'm using a Logitech Firstmouse+ (damn them for not making a 
left-handed MouseMan+) and it's working fine.  There's also a link from there 
to the Intellimouse.
