You don't have identd daemon installed on your system. Open
/etc/inetd.conf and comment out appropriate line (by putting '#' in the
first column). Then do as root: kill -HUP $(cat /var/run/ined.conf). That
should fix this.
The other thing to do is to install identd, which I would recommend.
